- PUMPED that I didn’t die running 10 miles for my marathon training this morning.
- PUMPED about some cool stuff coming up in our kids ministry areas.
- PUMPED that the X-Games are on all week. Yeah baby!
- NOT PUMPED that Seth Godin hasn’t given me any love for his new project, Triiibes.
- NOT PUMPED about how sore my calves are.
- NOT PUMPED that Couper is rubbing goldfish in my hair right now…gotta go!
