- Church today = AWESOME. We kicked off a new series called “Letters to the Next President” that rocked.
- The set was cool. HUGE HUGE HUGE American Flag hanging in the background. Gotta love some Old Glory.
- Trunk or Treat is coming fast. If you want to volunteer hit me up here or just bring TONS OF CANDY to church this Sunday. Drop it off at the Trunk or Treat table in the lobby.
- Couper has figured out what wrestling is. He even has his own little finishing move that HURTS…seriously. Video this week maybe.
- Can you BELIEVE THOSE HORNS?!?!?!? YEAH BABY! Can’t wait for the next two weeks’ games.
- Kristi, our Executive Administrator, is gone this week…that means chaos and lots of sadness. Kristi makes me smile. But, since she’s gone, at least I’ll be able to drink my Koolaid with at least the recommended amount of sugar.
- The PALMS Puppet team came and did some sweet stuff in our Konnection Kidz area today. I went in there during the second service and it was probably better than the band in the auditorium. Never knew puppets could jam like that…they had this entire coreographed show. INCREDIBLE.
- Usually when you hear “puppet ministry” the word “STINKS” comes to mind, but these guys are the REAL DEAL. WOW!
- We had THE BEST Connection 201 class ever today! Only two people came, but the discussion was OFF THE CHARTS fun and meaningful. Thanks Kate and Rafael for coming!
- Internet at mi casa is down. We have these stupid power surges all the time and I guess one of them finally fried our cable modem. Makes it hard to do my side design work.
- I’m hacked off because I ordered the COOLEST new business cards ever, but they came with some printing mistakes…gotta send ‘em back. Why are printers always so incredibly hard to work with. It’s not that tough…I send the image, you print it.
- PRAY for me, that I don’t happen to catch whoever is vandalizing our neighborhood. If I do, I might be in jail for a while.
- I can’t believe that the Boston vs. Tampa Bay ALCS is going to game 7. Don’t really care who wins…but it would be fun to see a Phillies VS. Devil Rays World Series!
- I take that back forget Boston, they beat my Angels. Wait, no, I take that back…go Boston for beating my team…Wait…I’m so confused.
