- Today was an incredible day at The Connection Church! WOW! God blew me away in more ways than I could ever imagine.
- About 10 minutes before I was supposed to preach in the second service, a huge surprise walked up to me. HOLY COW! His name is Michael Scott. He was my best friend growing up. We’ve known each other since 5th grade; he was my best man in our wedding and I officiated his wedding just a few years back. We get to chill with Michael and his wife tomorrow night…His surprise visit jacked my world up! Can’t wait to hang with the guy!
- Preaching on the Holy Spirit today was a blast. God used the gift of His word to speak to me in some BIG WAYS this past week.
- We went to two separate Christmas murder mystery parties this weekend…both times my wife was the murderer. Ummmm…should I be scared to go to sleep tonight? I’m hiding the kitchen knives…
- We gave away a lot of tickets for a Rockin’ Christmas Eve’s EVE today, but we still have some left. Get yours ASAP! Take as many as you want and then bring people with you.
- Gotta get back into the running groove starting tomorrow. I’ve let myself slide and I’m feeling it.
- Talladega Nights has been on 5,239 times this weekend. I’ve watched it every time.

- The generosity of our church blew me away today! Connection Church you ROCK!
- I confess: in the sermon today I said that Amber can’t keep her hands off of me. Not totally true…its sort of the other way around.
- My buddy Ben is back from Iraq for a month. Lookin’ forward to hanging a lot before he heads back.
