So we always show these fun videos at Church. It helps break down the walls people come with. If you attend a service, you get to see the fun, finished product like this.

But, what you don’t see is the nitty gritty moments of frustration where I almost snap.

I have literally hours upon hours of footage like this…Just thought I’d share a quick one from last week. BIKE MALFUNCTION.

On a scale to 1 to 10 with 1 being not anywhere near and 10 being exact on, how close to real life was that video and how you guys go about planning sermon series? Not the sermons, but the sermon series.

What I am really asking is do you really where the head gear when riding a stationary bike in the office?
