I was away from Amber and Couper for just five days this week. But without them, I’m just a bum…they make me come alive.
Sunday, I picked them up from the airport. MAN I was ready to see them. Then, Couper greeted me and gave me the coolest feeling ever. Check out the video:
We wrapped up “Rock of Love” today. MAN! A phoenomenal ending to a message series! Worship during the second service was absolutely OFF THE HOOK!

Seriously, I think Cole must be spending more time with God or God is just all over him right now. His preaching has been WHOLE NUTHA LEVEL since Jan. 1st. INSANE.
The band did a little Taylor Swift today (“Love Story”). They also played my new favorite song: “You Deserve” by Hillsong United. WOW! CANNOT get that out of my head!
Would you join with me in praying for Cole that he would be able to keep everything at this level AND get plenty of rest? Pray for him like crazy!
As always, I am PUMPED about our new series starting this coming Sunday. It’s called FAMOUS LAST WORDS and it is going to knock your socks off! We’ll be looking at the last words of Christ and what they mean for us.
For the first week of this new series we are going to do something that will absolutely energize us. Something that we have never done…something…UH-MAZE-ING!
Pretty dang pumped about some changes Cole asked me to make with what I focus most of my time on. Big stuff coming!
SO STINKING GLAD that Amber and Couper are home. I don’t function at 100% when they are away. I have a cool video going up tomorrow with Couper in it so check back.
Got a BIG BIG week. Tons of work to do then it ends with a short trip to Dallas to run the Texas Cowtown Marathon with Dad. Nice.
PUMPED that I get to see my family tomorrow! I miss Amber and Couper BAD.

PUMPED about the Creative Church Conference that we just returned from. God spoke to me in some huge ways! More on that in the coming weeks.
NOT PUMPED about our HOA dues. Gotta love how companies think they can just raise rates a bunch and then tell you that an annual fee is due in a few days.
NOT PUMPED that I didn’t get everything done this week. I guess it will still be there on Monday.
PUMPED that my family gets home tomorrow…did I already say that?
