- Today was UH-MAZE-ING at The Connection Church.
- I learned about this church shooting literally seconds before walking out on stage to close the 2nd service. I just about lost it. Things like this break my heart…especially when the victim is a church.
- Please pray for First Baptist Church of Maryville, Illinois where this shooting happened.
- This is why we have armed security each week. Too many psychos out there. That said, I hope that our security team has the most boring job in the world every week.
- Awesome to see people putting more names on God’s Most Wanted lists today. INCREDIBLE.
- We had a young woman that had a seizure in the lobby today. Please pray for her. She is doing fine.
- Note to self: always call ALL musicians on time change sundays the night before and remind them of time change.
I’m just saying… - Had some close friends that I absolutely love tell me today that they “just appreciate that I am real with everyone.” That is a huge compliment. I am who I am…all the time.
- Loui Canchola and his MUCH better half Michelle were in church with us today, checking it out. LOVE that guy!
- I had the MOST incredible, complete God meeting today. I was shaking the whole time.
- God is doing some HUGE stuff at The Connection Church…can’t wait to share with you!
- Today, Perry Noble said, ““The two biggest problems in this country are consumer debt and obesity. It’s not because we don’t have enough. It’s because we don’t manage what we have well.” WHOA. NAILED IT.
