God Centered Families
I feel like a total failure when it comes to family devotionals.
I just haven’t ever been able to really hit a stride. I feel like it is incredibly important that we have some God time together once a week or so. I just don’t have any good place to start or any great resources.
So I’m just wondering…
What do you do for your family? How often do you have a devotional time?

Sunday Mind Dump
- this mind dump is brought to you from my iphone and therefore probably riddled with mistakes.
- today at TCC was amazing!!
- Konnection Kidz had their own live band and they sounded pretty dang good. It’s awesome that we are already raising up new worship teams…catch ‘email when they’re in middle school and they’ll grow up to ROCK!
- the TCC band had four vocalists on stage and some incredible energy going on. Loved it!
- Cole did an amazing job speaking on sexual purity. He had the crowd rolling at times and dead silent at others. Awesome.
- we had a setup volunteer find out at church that her father was murdered. Please pray for her!
- in fact, hit up our prayer blog because there seems to be a ton I people battling health issues and all kinds of hurt right now around TCC.
- pumped up about taking Amber to Catalyst West this week in SOCAL. The 2nd best place in the world!
- really looking forward to hanging with some other pastors at Catalyst West and learning like crazy. Wish I had a livescribe pen to take with me. With the way I take notes a livescribe would make life mucho easier!
- man huge huge huge stuff coming at TCC. Can’t wait to tell you…
- Couper and I got the jeep stuck in mud five times this weekend. Thank goodness for 4X4!!!
- thinking about taking a break from twitter and blogging for a while to focus on some big God stuff. We’ll see…
- went to the most scary, ghetto, hood punk gun show ever today in Austin. Seriously, I was scared. Amber wanted to stay in the car but I made her come in with me.
