In: GOD| Leadership
1 Jun 2009I am so uncertain in life right now, its crazy.
Andy Stanley told me something recently that really helped. He said “When the uncertainty of your job as a leader goes away, you’re no longer needed.”
WOW. Uncertainty is WHY we need leaders.
So I’m certain that I’ll always be uncertain.
If you think about it all of the Bible stories about God’s great leaders end with God showing up in a time of uncertainty.
And that is just about all I am certain of. God. I am certain we are doing what He has called us to do. I am certain of the vision. And I am certain that we are totally dependant on God.

I think praying first and foremost is a GREAT idea and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!

“For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the LORD. “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.” Jer.29:1
