I am so uncertain in life right now, its crazy.
- We are transitioning out of the most amazing church ever to move to nothing. Uncertainty.
- We are trying to do something creative where we pray a lot before even choosing the church name and catching enough flack for it that I’ve questioned the whole idea. Uncertainty.
- My family has to sell our house, buy a house, rent…something. Uncertainty.
- It is NOT a good time economically to do any of this. Uncertainty.
- This is the super short list. I won’t whine any longer.
Andy Stanley told me something recently that really helped. He said “When the uncertainty of your job as a leader goes away, you’re no longer needed.”
WOW. Uncertainty is WHY we need leaders.
So I’m certain that I’ll always be uncertain. 
If you think about it all of the Bible stories about God’s great leaders end with God showing up in a time of uncertainty.
And that is just about all I am certain of. God. I am certain we are doing what He has called us to do. I am certain of the vision. And I am certain that we are totally dependant on God.
