Monday Mind Dump

To make up for missing Sunday’s Mind Dump…

  • Amber and I went to Lubbock for our 10 year high school reunion this weekend.
  • Had a blast seeing some people. :) Its hilarious to me how certain people still acted JUST LIKE they are still in high school. Sad. Makes me wish I was a pastor in Lubbock to call out their potential.
  • The MOST SAD thing was…well…i’ll save it for a blog post.
  • On Saturday night at about 10pm we left Lubbock to drive 7 hours back to Schertz so that we’d be here for our Launch Team Meeting. Everyone kept asking me why we’d do that. Its sort of like having a new baby…you don’t just hand the kid to anyone.
  • The trip back home was great considering I drove until 4:30am and our car was about to break down. We made it so I was happy!
  • Stinking Yankees. Need my Angels to SMOTHER them and its not happening.
  • Our next preview service is November 8th. The sermon is called “Relationship Revolution.” I just wrapped up the sermon and it is going to be a BLAST!
  • Really loving our launch team. The people on it are INCREDIBLE.
  • Really PUMPED about this! We are going to have a huge mallet to smash pumpkins with, a gigantic MAZE, free food, a hayride and some special Halloween crafts where you do cool things like make your own cookie. If you are in the area, check it out.
