Its just after 1am. We have 9 hours until our first ever church service at Revolution Church. What goes through your head? Here’s what’s going through mine:
- Why am I getting all these good ideas NOW?
- I hope there are plenty of volunteers to help us rock it out.
- If nobody shows up tomorrow I am going to buy a bullet and rent a gun.
- If everybody we invited shows up tomorrow we will have to move into the Alamo Dome to hold them all.
- I hope we can make the gym not smell like cheerleader sweat.
- I hope we have enough parking.
- I hope I am not wearing my team into the ground through this long long weekend. I pray that they get GOOD rest tonight.
- Are we REALLY having church tomorrow? Holy cow…
- Please Jesus make the rain stop in the morning.
- Jesus please make my wife feel better!
- I need a haircut.
- What if my alarm doesn’t go off?
- T-shirt (which will show some of my tattoos) or long sleeve (cover ‘em up.)
