First, check out my initial post on coaching if you haven’t read it yet.
GREAT coaching takes an investment. I have learned that spending money to get great coaching actually pays for itself many times over.
I am taking this week to share and let you have a glimpse into my different coaching relationships and how I benefit from each
Coach four:
ENCOURAGEMENT.
This is perhaps the most important coach there is. Essentially, this is a cheerleader who will cheer you on and always be in your corner. Someone that supports you when you screw up and helps you stay grounded when you do great.
For me, John Atkinson provides coaching in the form of encouragement.
When things seem hopeless or I’m down due to circumstances, I call John. This guy truly believes in God’s calling on my life. He’s not some cynical guy out there waiting to see if I succeed or fail. He is legit. When the going gets tough, he’s the one to bring things into perspective and remind me that its time to get tough and get going.

It is truly one of my greatest honors to be your friend bro!
