Ok Revolution, time to step up! At our first ever “Night of Worship” this past Sunday, a talented artist from our church named Karyn Walker painted this during a song on stage. I was blown away! She did an amazing job! The face of Jesus!!! She painted it in about 3 minutes. Check out the photo and then keep reading…
I would love to keep this hanging in my office because it is so cool, but I’d rather see lives changed as a result of it! So here is what I am doing:
I am auctioning off this painting to help a family in our church that is working through adopting two kids that CPS placed with them on a moments notice. This family is incredible…they pour into our church each week and honor God with their lives.
Obviously, having two additional children dropped in your lap so quickly can cause a financial burden. So whatever this painting goes for will be sent straight to this wonderful family.
To bid, just put your bid amount in the comments. Keep in mind, this is a ONE of a kind painting and its the only FIRST that we will EVER HAVE at Revolution Church! If you live to far to pick it up, we will figure out how to ship it safely to you. The painting measures about 40 inches by 30 inches.
I will personally open up the bidding at $100…..and I fully expect it to go for at least $1,000. GO! Bidding will close on Sunday, May 29th at 7:00pm CST.
