- Another ROCKIN’ day at Revolution Church!
- We had our first ever Partnership Class today. Awesome to see people join the church and commit to being a part of the Revolution family!
- Volunteers from First Baptist Church of Universal City came to the gym and watched our kiddos while we had Partnership Class. They support us and cheer us on in big ways! LOVE what they are doing for the Kingdom!
- Yesterday morning, about 17 volunteers from Revolution Church served the community at the Schertz Walk for Life. It was a blast!
- We kicked off a new message series called “Save the Humans” today. I am PUMPED about this message series!
- Easter is coming like a freight train. Yikes!
- Amber went to the GLO Women’s conference at Bay Area Fellowship in Corpus Christi this weekend. Couper and I hung at the house and had a blast! Somehow we made it without burning the house down…we were also able to feed ourselves (with the help of Chick-Fil-A).
- We Baptized a man today named Abraham. That NEVER gets old! LOVE IT!
- Time to kick back up with the running this week. I took a week break, after running my first Ultra Marathon (31 miles) last weekend…now I gotta get back at it!
- I made it through the day with NO espresso…guess I’ll just have to go make one after I type this up.
- AMAZED by the team at Revolution Church! WOW!
- MORE AMAZED by my wife! DOUBLE WOW!
- So pumped about Easter! Wait till you see what we have planned!

Sunday Mind Dump
Let’s Get Dangerous this SUNDAY
This Sunday we kick off a new, two week message series called “Let’s Get Dangerous.” The message of Christ was not safe. The early church was not safe. And as modern day believers we are not called to be safe.
We always paint Jesus as being this meek man. Quiet. Long flowing hair. Its sickening.
I heard this week that the original word we translate as “meek” in the greek actually meant “War Horse.” War horses were trained to run into battle and do WHATEVER their rider said. They would literally run into a sword or spear for their leader. Sounds pretty dangerous to me…

Tents for Haitian Families
Revolution Church has partnered with aHomeinHaiti.org to provide Haitian families with quality, waterproof tents before the rainy season begins in about 15 days. We don’t have much time.
Right now, many families in Haiti are literally living under cloth sheets and sticks. I’ve heard from friends that are actually on the ground in Haiti that they heard mothers and babies crying in the streets all night long because of the rain this past week.
Why tents? Look at these stories:
These families are already beat down…obviously. Let’s do what we can to at least keep them dry. Buying a tent and providing shelter for a family there only means skipping a meal out or a night at the movies for us and makes a HUGE impact.

Revolution Prays God, Give us Graffiti
I was at Bay Area Fellowship for my coaching network on Tuesday. We meet in one of their youth areas and as we were on break, I noticed in the restroom that there had been graffiti a few times that they had painted over.
Bay Area is all about reaching those far from God. The graffiti is proof of life change.
