Laughter. Its important. Especially for me this week. It’s my natural tonic.
Leaders always say “where there is no vision, people perish.” That’s true and I lead by it. But I also throw in my own mantra: “where there is no laughter the people perish.”
In fact, laughter is so important that I passed the torch of “staff clown” to my good buddy Nic Burleson as I left The Connection Church by leaving the torch on his desk. Here is the torch:

Come to think of it, Nic, you never even mentioned it. You had better be cutting up around that office and be a little immature from time to time to balance things out and lighten the mood.
