MIND DUMP:
- The Ministry Fair today rocked!
- My parents were in town all weekend…had a blast with them. I love it when I look out on Sunday mornings and see my Dad and Mom out in the crowd…VERY encouraging!
- I CANNOT believe how many new faces I am seeing each week at TCC. WOW!
- October stinks this year…and I am talking about Baseball. See this post and this post.
- I found out that two other church members love Baseball today…THAT makes me HAPPY. Not enough baseball fans around anymore.
- I’m watching the final ALCS game right now and the Red Sox pitcher, Daisuke Matsuzaka, freaks me out…he has the WEIRDEST wind up every…not natural.
- HEY Kenny Lofton…YOU ARE GETTING OLD and SLOW. QUIT trying to steal bases!
- Why am I always so beat down when my friends don’t come to church? I feel crummy tonight.
- Why can’t I get some of my neighbors to come check out TCC? Pray for me on this one…it’s really bugging me because they are about to move.
- I am getting PUMPED about the service at The PAC. Click here for more!
- I have dreamed about the service at the PAC for 6 nights straight now! Hmmmm…Obsession?
- Found out that another friend has turned away from the dark side and started using these. Welcome to Heaven Bram…where computers work.
- You need to tell your neighbors and co-workers who don’t come to TCC yet about THIS.
- If you missed the 24 hour prayer event, you missed out big time. But that’s ok! Keep praying for Something So Big and for TCC every day.
- I have two sweet magic shows this week…excited about it because the shows will give us some extra money to give to Something So Big that I wasn’t expecting to have.
- Couper is getting FEISTY…like his dad!
- I LOVE being a dad and a husband!

AWWWWWW MIND DUMP!
- Cole’s messages for Something So Big are the BEST messages we have EVER had at TCC! God is using Cole to speak into my life in some incredible ways. Are you feeling it? I am missing teaching (its been a long time) BUT I don’t care because God is OBVIOUSLY using Cole right now.
- Got some A-M-A-Z-I-N-G NEWS this week. Can’t give details yet because things are still in the works but MAN I WANT TO TELL YOU. So, I’ll just say this…GET READY TCC! GOD IS MOVING!
- I LOVE OUR CHURCH. I love how diverse it is. I love all the tattooed peeps that come. I LOVE that everyone smiles. I LOVE that lives are being changed each week.
- Today, Chris Bealand walked up to me and said, “Pastor know that we prayed for you this morning.” WOW! My world was rocked. We didn’t even ask for that…yet Chris sensed the need and prayed. And believe me, today WAS a day we needed it.
- TONS of new faces today. MAN! I can’t believe how many new guests come each week.
- My family is doing all we can to save as much as possible to give to Something SO Big. I have a BIG goal for us and I am doing tons of magic shows and design work on the side to help us reach that goal. What’s your goal? If you haven’t set one yet, pray as a family and ask God to give you direction. Here is a hint: God wants to challenge you in your faith, so it will probably sound unreachable! Our goal is scary, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
- I shared a story about a close friend today at our Something So Big leadership meeting and shed a few tears. That doesn’t happen much but I don’t care anymore because the tears were brought by God through TRUE JOY because of a changed life.
- Pray for our troops. I am feeling EXTRA burdened for them this week and I don’t know why.
- Pray for our pastor and his family.
- JACK BAUER…WHERE ARE YOUUUUU? How long must I wait?
- I love my family. Couper is the coolest person on the face of this Earth. Even cooler than Miles Davis was.
- Amber is the most gorgeous (even more than Alyssa Milano), most fun (even more than Gumby), most interesting (even more than Cole), most magnificent (even more than Mt. Everest) person in the world. God is growing our love and I AM PUMPED about that! I want to go ALL THE WAY through this life with Amber!
- I fell down on running this weekend. Needed to run 10 miles and just got too busy. Dad is in town this coming weekend, so I will be running that 10 fo shizzle!
- I’m outta here…its trash night and I haven’t done squat to get the trash outside!

- Today was THE BEST message I have ever heard Cole give. If you missed it, you MISSED OUT!
- Something So Big is on. It is so incredible to be a part of this team!
- I wish Catalyst were 2 weeks long.
- After going to Catalyst and hearing worship through $123,543,643,563 of sound equipment, I realized how bad our equipment is. Don’t get me wrong…our band ROCKS. I would put them up against ANY BAND, ANYWHERE on any Sunday morning. But nicer equipment always helps.
- YOU KNOW WHAT? VISA, YOU CAN KISS OFF. I HATE YOU. AND I HATE ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS, Discover, American Express…ALL OF THEM. This commercial makes my blood boil. Get your credit cards out RIGHT NOW and cut them up. More on this topic later this week.
- Still processing some of what I learned at Catalyst. Talk about leadership and info overload!
- A new goal of mine: read at least one book every 2-3 weeks.
- We have about 6 frogs that are living on our front porch…its fun to watch them eat the bugs. Tonight, a cat came up…it was stalking my little hoppy friends. I hate cats and rushed outside to scare it off. Cat, if you are reading this, DO NOT come back unless you want to be PUNTED across the street.
- I really fell behind in my training this week. Need to kick it back up this week! I am freaked out about how close my race is.
- I taught Connection 201 today. It rocked! Always amazing to see our people committing to Christ in such a unique way! If you haven’t ever come to 201, be sure to check out the next class!
- I am convinced, my son is the COOLEST kid EVER.
- I am even more convinced, my wife is the coolest wife ever.
- I am utterly and profoundly sure that Jesus ROCKS!
- I am 100% sure that in the end, all that matters are people.

Mind DUMPAGE:
- Wow. What a day! I woke up at 5am puking my guts out.
- Made it to the school late and somehow I managed to stay alive through all three services.
- During tear down I was literally blacking out.
- Went home and CRASHED. I haven’t felt so sick anytime in my life that I can remember. I still feel kinda bad. Home resting.
- Amber and Couper are at the pool without me. Its the last day that it will be open today.
- Services went great today! I was supposed to preach but on Monday we decided Cole would instead. I was just so stinking busy that I wasn’t sure I could give the sermon the attention I normally do. After today I’d say we made the right decision. Cole did an amazing job today!
- It tore me up to have to give away a chance to preach. I really feel that speaking is a HUGE part of my calling in life. But I knew it was what we needed to do.
- Pumped about going HERE this week. Its something I have wanted to go to since I went into full time ministry. NOT PUMPED about being away from my family.
- My running schedule stunk this week. I WILL get back on track this week.
- I am LOVING this. They should have made it a LONG time ago. I ended up getting mine for free…Cole would say that I am a “schemer.” He’s just jealous. I got it by selling my old phone and my old ipod. Ebay rocks!
- Also, I am set up for mobile blogging now via my iPhone. Everyone who has one and uses WordPress to blog (like I do) said it couldn’t be done. But with some code modification, I got it working.
- I REALLY need to schedule time to practice my magic each week. Just an hour or so. When I am not doing shows my props just kinda sit there. Not good. Plus, I have tons of shows coming up.
- I am planning on giving all my magical paychecks to Something So Big.
- DO NOT MISS church this coming Sunday. Don’t DO IT. BE THERE. SERIOUSLY. Got plans? Cancel them now. Normally, I would NEVER say anything like that, so you can see how important it is that you attend this coming Sunday.
