We Get To Do This!

To volunteer with The Dream Team, simply:

1.) Attend Starting Point
2.) Choose a team that interests you
3.) Complete a first experience

Once you’ve chosen a team that interests you, you will be scheduled for your First Experience as a volunteer. It includes a brief orientation to Revolution Church and the opportunity to shadow your Dream Team for a day. The First Experience is designed to help you find your “sweet spot.” After you complete a First Experience you will have the opportunity to formally commit to the Dream Team of your choice. If you aren’t sure about the Dream Team that you check out first, you can try another one. We really want to get you in the right place. 

At Revolution Church, Dream Teams are organized into a few main areas. Choose the one area you are most interested in to get more details, see specific volunteers roles and to sign up for a First Experience!

Experience Team

The Experience Team helps create an environment where every person feels welcomed, connected, and ready to encounter God. From the moment someone arrives until they leave, this team works together to make every weekend experience excellent, intentional, and impactful.

Whether you love connecting with people, leading worship, working behind the scenes, creating content, or using technology, there’s a place for you on the Experience Team.

NEXT GEN

NEXT GEN

The Next Gen Team exists to help the next generation get rooted in God’s Word, find a home in God’s house, and become builders of God’s Kingdom. From babies to young adults, this team creates engaging environments where the next generation can know Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and take their next step in faith.

Whether you love caring for little ones, investing in students, mentoring young adults,  or helping create a fun and welcoming environment, there’s a place for you on the Next Gen Team.

  • MIX YTH | 6th–12th Grade
  • YNG | Ages 18–29

Next Steps / Discipleship

The Next Steps & Discipleship Team helps people move from simply attending church to actively following Jesus in everyday life. This team creates clear pathways for people to grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and discover their next step.

Whether you love meeting new people, helping someone get connected, leading a group, or walking alongside others as they grow in their faith, there’s a place for you on the Next Steps & Discipleship Team.

Operations

The Operations Team helps make ministry possible by taking care of the essential things happening behind the scenes. From preparing our spaces and welcoming people into the parking lot to keeping our environments safe and supporting the administrative needs of the church, this team helps everything run smoothly and with excellence.

Whether you enjoy working with your hands, creating safe and welcoming environments, staying organized, or helping things run efficiently, there’s a place for you on the Operations Team.
